Cookie Policy

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device when you visit. They help the site remember information about your visit — such as your preferences or whether you have consented to certain features — so your next visit can be smoother.

Cookies do not give us access to your device beyond the specific information they store. You can manage or remove cookies through your browser settings at any time.

2. Cookie Types We Use

Essential Cookies

Always active

Required for the website to function correctly. These handle session management, security, and your cookie consent preferences. They cannot be disabled.

Examples: cookie_consent, session_id

Duration: Session or up to 12 months (consent record)

Analytics Cookies

Optional

Help us understand how visitors navigate the site — which pages are visited, how long sessions last, and where visitors arrive from. All data is aggregated and anonymised.

Examples: Google Analytics (_ga, _gid)

Duration: Up to 2 years

Marketing Cookies

Optional

Used to understand the effectiveness of our communications and, where applicable, to show relevant content across platforms. We use these sparingly and only with your consent.

Examples: fbp, _gcl_au

Duration: Up to 90 days

Preference Cookies

Optional

Remember choices you have made — such as display preferences or region settings — so you do not need to set them again on your next visit.

Examples: ui_lang, region_pref

Duration: Up to 12 months

3. Third-Party Cookies

Some features on our site involve services provided by third parties. These may place their own cookies on your device, subject to their own privacy policies:

  • Google Analytics: website usage measurement (analytics cookies, where consented)
  • Google Maps: embedded map on our contact page (essential — no personal data stored)
  • Google Fonts: typography delivery via CDN (no tracking cookies)

We do not use advertising networks or retargeting platforms at this time.

4. Cookie Duration

  • Session cookies: exist only while your browser is open and are deleted automatically when you close it.
  • Persistent cookies: remain on your device for a set period (typically between 30 days and 2 years, depending on purpose) or until you delete them.
  • Your cookie consent record is stored locally in your browser and expires after 12 months, at which point we will ask for your preferences again.

5. Your Cookie Preferences

Use the toggles above in Section 2, or the controls below, to set your preferences. Your choices are saved to your browser and will be applied when you visit our site.
