Samong Lab provides online courses in AI development, delivered in English via digital platforms. Current offerings include:

  • Programming Essentials for AI — an 8-week beginner course covering Python and foundational AI concepts.
  • Data & Model Building — a 10-week intermediate course on datasets, machine-learning approaches, and guided projects.

  • You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to update it if it changes.
  • Access to course materials is personal and non-transferable. Sharing login credentials with third parties is not permitted.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts where these terms are violated, with notice given where reasonably practicable.

5. User Responsibilities

When using the Service you agree to:

  • Engage respectfully with mentors, staff, and fellow learners.
  • Submit only your own work in assessments and exercises (academic integrity applies).
  • Use course materials solely for personal learning and not for commercial redistribution.
  • Comply with all applicable Thai laws when accessing or using the Service.

The following activities are not permitted:

  • Using the Service in any way that infringes the rights of third parties.

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, branding, and software associated with the Service are owned by or licensed to Samong Lab and are protected under Thai intellectual property law.

Upon enrolment, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the course content for the duration of your enrolment period, solely for personal learning purposes.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, broadcast, or create derivative works from course content without prior written consent.
  • Feedback and suggestions you provide to us may be used to improve the Service without obligation to you.
  • Any code you write during exercises remains yours; we claim no ownership over learner-authored work.

  • Pricing changes: We may adjust fees for future cohorts. Changes do not affect confirmed enrolments.

Refund policy:

  • A full refund is available if requested within 7 days of enrolment, provided the course has not yet commenced.
  • Once a course cohort has started, a partial refund of 50% may be considered within the first 14 days of the cohort, at our discretion.
  • No refunds are available after 14 days of course commencement.
  • To request a refund, contact [email protected] with your enrolment details.

8. Course-Specific Terms

  • Access period: Course materials are accessible for the stated programme duration plus a 30-day review period after the final session.
  • Mentor sessions: Scheduled check-ins and code reviews are subject to mentor availability. We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule sessions that cannot be held as planned.
  • Completion: Completion is recognised when all required exercises and assessments have been submitted to a satisfactory standard, as assessed by our mentors.
  • Completion records: We will issue a written record of course completion to learners who meet the completion criteria. This record does not constitute an accredited qualification.
  • Academic integrity: Submission of another person's work as your own may result in enrolment being suspended or terminated without refund.
  • Course modifications: We may make reasonable updates to course content, scheduling, or delivery format to reflect developments in the field. Material changes affecting enrolled learners will be communicated at least two weeks in advance.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. While we aim to maintain consistent access and high-quality content, we do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

  • Course content is intended for educational purposes and does not constitute professional, technical, legal, or financial advice.
  • Outcomes from completing a course depend on individual effort, prior experience, and circumstances. We make no representations about employment prospects or career progression.
  • Third-party tools, libraries, and platforms referenced in course materials are the responsibility of their respective owners.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the course fee paid by you for the relevant enrolment.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of earnings, data, or opportunity, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such losses.

Force majeure: we are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including power disruptions, platform outages by third-party providers, or natural events. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate and reschedule affected sessions.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Samong Lab, its staff, mentors, and representatives from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

  • By you: You may withdraw from a course at any time subject to the refund terms in Section 7.
  • By us: We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, with notice given where reasonably practicable. For serious breaches (e.g. academic dishonesty or harmful conduct) we may act without prior notice.
  • Effect of termination: Upon termination, your licence to access course materials ends. Sections 6, 9, 10, 11, and 13 survive termination.

13. Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bangkok.

Before commencing formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally. Please contact us at [email protected] with a description of your concern, and we will respond within 14 days.

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, either party may refer the matter to mediation through a mutually agreed mediator before pursuing litigation.

14. General Provisions

  • Entire agreement: This Agreement constitutes the full agreement between you and Samong Lab regarding the Service and supersedes all prior discussions.
  • Severability: If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
  • Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it in future.
  • Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations under this Agreement. We may assign ours with reasonable notice to you.
  • Notices: Formal notices to us should be sent to [email protected] or by post to our registered address.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to the Service, applicable law, or our practices. Material changes will be communicated by email to enrolled learners and by a notice on this page at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
